Policy
This Policy is for the 1% of those Musicians who will never be satisfied.
If you received a defective item, you may choose to have it replaced or refunded within 10 CALENDAR days. We are not responsible for the pickups after this time frame. Any pickups that are returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, at our discretion.
Any items that have been modified, or mounted are not eligible for return.
Custom Made To Order Pickups / Non Standard Pickups, are not returnable and are not eligible for refund. Emails after an order that ask for changes are not guaranteed to be altered.
Clearance and Demo models are sold as is and are not eligible for return.
We are a very small shop, with minimal overhead. All items are checked extensively before being carefully packaged.

For a Return Authorization number, email us with the word "Return" from the CONTACT US page.
If a RMA is issued for a return, the products must be received by The Rose Pickups Co. within 10 calendar days from the date the RMA was issued. Rose Pickups will not be held responsible for lost or late deliveries. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
We will work to resolve any issues we may come across, but if we cannot come to an agreement, please understand that POLICY IS POLICY! :
